BBQ Grilled Shrimp


2 lb jumbo shrimp in shell

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 Tsp lemon pepper seasoning

1 Tsp creole seasoning

1 Tsp Italian seasoning

¼ cup orange juice

½ cup olive oil

½ cup Dami's Famous BBQ Sauce


1. Remove shrimp from package. Rinse shrimp, peel and devein shrimp, leaving the shells on the shrimp. Next place shrimp into a bowl and set aside. Now mince garlic and add to shrimp. Pour orange juice, and olive oil over shrimp.

2. Season shrimp with lemon pepper seasoning, creole seasoning, and Italian seasoning and let place into refrigerator. Let marinate for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Next prepare grill for cooking, by oiling grill with vegetable oil.

3. Make sure to get your grill to a medium high. Now remove shrimp from refrigerator, and place onto heated grill. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes turning once. Toss shrimp with Dami's Famous BBQ Sauce.

BBQ Apple Ginger Roasted Chicken


3-4 lbs whole chicken

¾ cup applesauce


3 Tbsp minced onion

3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

3 Tbsp cooking wine

3 Tbsp lemon juice

3large cloves garlic, minced

1-½ Tsp ground ginger

½ Tsp black pepper

Vegetable cooking spray

4 Tbsp applesauce


1. Rinse chicken then pat dry. Split chicken in half lengthwise, using a sharpen chef knife. Place chicken in a 13x9x2 inch-baking dish. Combine applesauce and next eight ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well. Pour mixture over chicken, turning to coat. Cover chicken and marinate in refrigerator two hours, or overnight turning occasionally.

2. Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade. Heat oven to 375 F. Coat oven rack with cooking spray; place chicken on rack, and cook for thirty-five to forty minutes or until chicken is done, turning and basting frequently with marinade. Brush chicken with applesauce, and cook for an additional five minutes.

BBQ Orange Glazed Meatballs


1 lb ground beef

½ lb turkey sausage

2 eggs

¼ cup milk

½ cup breadcrumbs

½ tsp sea salt

½ tsp ground nutmeg

½ tsp black pepper

1Tsp fresh basil, chopped finely

1 Tsp fresh oregano, chopped finely

1 Tsp fresh parsley, chopped finely

1 Tsp garlic, chopped finely

¼ cup onion, chopped finely

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese


¾ cup orange marmalade


1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Remove ground beef from package, and place into a large bowl. Next remove turkey sausage from package, with a sharpen paring knife, place a slit down the center of the sausage to remove casings, and place into bowl. Now in a small bowl with a fork, beat eggs and pour into the meat mixture.

2. Add in milk, and the next ten ingredients. Roll meatballs to your desired size but not to big, as this will increase the cooking time. After rolling meatballs, grease a 13x9 inch baking dish, and place meatballs into dish. Now place baking dish into oven, and reduce heat to 350 F.

3. Cook for twenty-five to thirty minutes. While meatballs are cooking, heat a medium saucepan on high heat, adding in DAMI’S FAMOUS BBQ SAUCE and orange marmalade. Reduce heat to low and simmer for ten minutes. Once meatballs are finished cooking remove from oven, and place into saucepan.

Makes 4 to 6 servings



BBQ Grilled Corn


6-8 ears of corn

2 sticks butter, softened

2 Tbsp olive oil

¼ cup chopped onion, finely

1 Tsp Badia seasoning

1 Tbsp chili powder

1 Tsp cumin

2 cloves garlic, minced

¼ Tsp cayenne pepper

¼ Tsp chipotle pepper

1 Tsp paprika



1. Place corn in a large bowl with cold salted water to cover. Let corn sit in bowl, for about five to ten minutes. Discard water, remove husks and silk from corn. Heat grill to medium heat, and place corn on grill.

2. Meanwhile in a medium saucepan add in butter, and next nine ingredients. Bring to a slight heated boil, and reduce heat to medium low. Now add in DAMI’S FAMOUS BBQ SAUCE, stirring continuously until mixture is heated through thoroughly.

BBQ Lamb Chops


8 small lamb chops

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, minced

1 Tbsp fresh thyme, minced

1 Tbsp fresh sage, minced

¼ Tsp cayenne pepper

1 Tbsp nutmeg

¼ cup olive oil



1. In a large Ziploc bag, place garlic, rosemary, thyme, sage, cayenne pepper, orange juice, nutmeg and olive oil. Let lamb chops marinate for at least two hours, or overnight. Next when ready to grill, heat grill over high heat to 400 F. Now remove lamb chops from refrigerator, and place chops onto grill.

2. Cook chops for two and a half minutes turning once, cook for four more minutes for medium. Turn lamb chops over, onto the other side to make sure its done. Cook for desired degree of doneness. While cooking baste with DAMI’S FAMOUS BBQ SAUCE, or when finished being cooked.

BBQ Apple Sausage


5 chicken apple sausages

1 package of hotdog buns

1 bottle of Dami's Famous BBQ Sauce


1. Remove sausages from package. Oil grill, and preheat grill to medium heat. Place sausages onto grill, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, turning once. Remove sausages from grill and toss lightly with Dami's Famous BBQ Sauce. Place sausage onto a hot dog bun, and serve warm.

BBQ Turkey Wings


6 turkey wings

½-1cup red wine vinegar

1 small onion, chopped

1 Tsp garlic, minced

1 Tsp fresh thyme

1 Tsp fresh sage

1 Tsp fresh basil

1 Tsp fresh oregano

1 Tbsp ginger grated

1 Tbsp paprika

1 ½ cup chicken broth

¼-½ cup butter (for basting turkey wing)



1. Remove turkey wings from package, and place into a very large bowl. Rinse turkey wings, and pat dry. Pour vinegar over turkey wings, place into refrigerator, and let sit for three to four hours. Remove turkey wings from refrigerator, and discard of vinegar. Now chop onions, and garlic and place into bowl with turkey wings. Next add in thyme, sage, basil, oregano, ginger and paprika.

2. Cover turkey wings, and place into refrigerator. Let turkey wings marinate overnight for best results. Remove turkey wings from refrigerator and place into a roasting. Preheat oven to 450 F. Pour chicken broth over turkey wings. Once oven is preheated, place roasting pan into oven. Bake wings at 450 F uncovered for thirty minutes.

3. Reduce heat to 350 F and cook for one hour and a half. Remove turkey wings from oven and slather DAMI’S FAMOUS BBQ SAUCE. Raise heat to 450 F, and cook for an additional fifteen to twenty minutes. Remove roasting pan from oven, and let cool for five minutes before serving.
